I received a call regarding a new cellphone contract. I did not finalise or take up the contract as they wanted to charge me for other services that I did not want. I received a sms for debicheck authorisation which I declined over 5 times but the company went ahead and approved the debit order without my consent.

Rednap is a rip off I’m so over it this is the 2nd month money going off from my account .they called me in connection with a cellphone contract ,I just want my money back and this things cancelled
I have been having a debit order go off for the pass 3months…they contacted me regarding a contract but I have received no cellphone….I can’t even dispute the d/o .I want a refund and I want this d/o canceled. Can’t even get in contact with them I have been emailing and tried calling

They debited on my account and I don’t have an agreement with them. They stealing from me i dont even know who they are. i want my money and i want this thing to stop they dont answer their fones.
Absolute rubbish you can not get hold of them tried cancelling and no response email still no response. They have been debiting my account even after i have emailed them to cancel any subscriptions. Never approved the debit check either and still they debt my account and i cannot reverse it.
This is a scam i want my money back and block this debit order of yours
Good day I recieved a call from rednapkin and they said I qualify for a phone for 150 per month and they already taking my money into my account and …I haven’t recieved any phone yet can you guys sort these thing out for me pls ……I’m now suffering because of these debit order
Ndikho my name I recently got a call from One World telecommunications after I applied for a loan online they promised to give me a call in just 7 working business days till today no response, unfortunately I accepted the debichek authorisation of R150 monthly ,now I want to suspend the debichek authorisation but I fail it always say technical error
