25th Dec : Ordered Redmi Smart Tv 32inch via Reliance Digital
26th Dec : TV set got delievered to my address
27th Dec: Installation guy (Dinesh kumar) from Reliance Digital visited my place to install the product and confirmed it is damaged as the display panel is broken. He also made some videos of the product and clicked pictures. He later created a report and shared it with his manager(Ajeshwara Singh-Reliance)
31st Dec : Called Ajeshwara singh and he confirmed the replacement of the product will take place on Saturday (1st Jan 2022)
3rd Jan: Called Ajeshwara singh as the product was not replaced yet and found him cancelling my calls. Later he blocked my number on his cell phone to avoid my calls.
3rd Jan: Raised complaints with both vendors i.e. Redmi & Reliance Digital.
4th Jan: calls coming in to know the issue whole day and no replacement
5th Jan(Today): Both the vendors are blaming each other and not replacing my product.
