I was about to receive this product on 16 th August 2022 but I didnt receive on that day. I contacted Flipkart team on 17 th aug and they confirmed me that the product will be delivered on 18th August 2022. I asked them twice that I trust them and asked them to confirm if the same will be delivered on 28th August 2022, i don’t like when the person lies and I didn’t receive the product till 21st August 2022. I raised complaint on 20th August and 21 St August and now I have been told that the logistics company has mistakenly delivered at some other location. They are saying now at 21st August after complaining so much and I am really not happy with such kind of false claims by Flipkart and service by Flipkart and logistics team. I am being told to wait till 24th August 2022 and than complain again if not received. Why should I wait till 24th August where I have fully paid for the product and till now not received due to such pathetic service by your company.The product is still not delivered till 27/08/2022 and the flipkart team is harassing to cancel the product by us and asking to purchase the product without discount ie 16000 while we had purchased in 14000.00
Below is the message received from flipkart team. Even the seller and flipkart team is making false comments that they have tried calling us but we were not available but the truth is we didnt even received any call from them.
