I’d 4 gift cards worth Rs 8000 (2000 each) which I could not use till now due to Corona. I was checking the details and found the expiry date was 21 feb, 2021 and I tried booking something (hotel/flight) before the expiry and was not able to do as website was not giving any option to use coupons. I’ve tried calling the customer care but could not connect & dropped them multiple emails but no one bothers to reply.
I’m attaching the screen shots of the email sent and other relevant information. Please help in getting the same resolved.
