good day ,
I am asking for help in resolving the dispute about the purchase bonus when the representative of the Czech market wrote to me that I am not entitled to this bonus even though I have fulfilled all the requirements (imei and receipt which are probably the main points where it is absolutely clear what kind of device it is) where it was clearly stated that it is a phone with 22+ and I received an email saying that the redemption bonus will be paid to me after confirmation in the members application, after 35 days nothing happened, so I started to solve it with support, all communication and I have taken screenshots from the event, final verdict it sounds like I’m not entitled to the bonus, because it only concerns the s22, which interests them “because the s22 series is obviously only one phone” and “the receipt didn’t say s22+” and also “the imei code I wrote was also not s22+” obviously … so please solve it, I’m not interested, I’ve been solving it for about a week, support in the Czech Republic is unusable, that’s why I’m turning to you as a representative of the European market and asking for a solution, it’s not the first time I solve a problem on the Samsung CZ side …
