I have taken loan from redcarpet application. I have paid many dues but still they are increasing my emis and also calling all my contacts

I Prateek Awasthi, would like to inform you that even though i have repayed all the payments of loan it’s still showing me that loans are still active. I have also checked DMI finance website powed by Redcarpetand there’s it’s not showing any activated loans so i would like to request you to kindly update it and close the loans. My loan id is : 679590 . Hoping for a quick and positive reply asap.
