I booked a ticket in greenlines travel, from Bangalore to Kochi on 12 June 2023. We arrived the boarding point at 9:40. Called the greenlines office to ask why the delay, they asked me to contact the driver, gave me the driver’s details. The number was on redbus app as driver details too. I called the driver at 9:45 , said the boarding point is changed so move to the latest boarding point. We hurried our way there , called him again. He said bus is late, reaching 10 minutes. Called him at 10, said reaching in another 10 minutes. Then just like that went to the greenlines office, where they said the bus has left already! And in front of them i called in driver’s number, he was again saying , reaching madiwala in 10 minutes . It seems the driver was on leave, and somebody else was driving the bus. Because of them giving me wrong driver details, i lost my bus. And in there defence, they are saying they tried contacting me. So i asked him to contact in front of me, it was ringing only then. Whatsoever, I contacted the driver from my side, reached the boarding point on time, yet missed my bus due to their negligence.
