I booked redbus ticket at 06:45 PM from Coimbatore to Chennai on 14.08.2023 but unfortunately I made a blunder that I have to put date of journey as 15.08.2023 instead of 14.08.2023, I realised immediately and called redbus customer, they are saying the ticket can’t be cancelled and can’t be changed the date of journey to next day that is 15.08.2023 and asked me to check with travel operator National Naveen Travels, so I immediately called them by taking number from redbus team, that national Naveen team member is saying that they can’t cancel the tickets which are reserved through redbus, the ticket price is 2190.86 and that is very amount to, I requested refund but they didn’t help me in that, but they are saying that as per the cancellation policy they couldn’t initiate cancellation. I was stucked In this, I need proper justice on this, yes I made a mistake from my by confusing the date, immediately I approached for help but no one did do anything, I lost 2190.86 rupees without traveling. I need proper justice, incase if they don’t allow any ticket cancellation on journey day after 05:30 PM why do they allow bookings at 06:45 PM, I am very poor and I need justice.
