I’m surendra I booked a ticket on redBus on 3 july 2025 but within 3 hours bus was cancelled. I consulted customer care regarding on operator was cancelled bus,, customer care answered my question they said within. 5 to 7 days you will get refund it’s been 8 days and I didn’t get refund I kindly request you to look into it please refund my money
