We boarded the Seabird Transportation AC Sleeper Bus from Kumta to Bangalore & the bus broke down after 2hours of departure. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere while it was raining with no support. We were moved to a Seabird Non-AC Bus which was dirty & unsafe. The bus driver drove roughly & the entire process delayed our arrival leading to having missed office the following day.
This isn’t my first bad experience with RedBus, I was stranded on road at 2am once because the transporter & RedBus had miscommunication. It’s been a hectic process to ask for a refund from the company. We spent 8000rs to book seats for 4 & in return had an extremely bad experience. The customer support team offered a refund if 400rs only.
The company should shut down if it cannot provide a safe travel experience to its customer which is the core delivery promised.
