I have booked a ticket on redbus for national travels to travel from Chennai to tiruppur . I was waiting at the informed boarding point for more than 3 hours of the said time. And finally the operator gave me the driver number and the driver said the bus has already left the boarding point. I was waiting for the bus without even taking my dinner and they ask me to come to chengalpat which is 70km away from my boarding point. I have raised a complaint on redbus and no money was refunded to me . I was new to Chennai and I’m helpless becoz of their fault.
