I had booked 2 tickets (7 sleepers) from Bangalore to Mumbai. I was supposed to travel on 18 November 2023. But due to some reason there was change of plans and I wanted to cancel the ticket on 17 November 2023 i.e. 24 hours prior travel time. But due to the technical error in the app, the ticket was not getting cancelled, so I called up the customer care and lodged the complain regarding it and told them to cancel it. They told me that tickets will be cancelled from their end and I’ll get 80% refund as per flexi ticket policy within 48 hours. Since then I have been taking continuous follow-up with them regarding the refund but there’s no action from there end. I have attached screenshot of the technical error faced at the time of cancellation and their acknowledgement. Also the same thing I have mentioned on their twitter handle.
