I booked a seat from ranchi to dhanbad on 13/2/24 cat express via redbus. It was raining outside and the vent over my seat started pouring litres of dirty water. I complained to the conductor,he told that he will provide me a seat in petarwar but after reaching there he asked me to sit with a male passenger despite having booked a ladies seat
