Text of Complaint by Aakansha Mishra:

I booked a bus ticket for myself Aakansha Mishra 28 years old through Redbus in Maharaja Poulo travels from Vapi to Pune new on 22- Aug-2022 around 10:45 pm from poulo travels office vapi the actual arrival time at Vapi was 10:45PM but due to some reason it was delayed by 2 hrs hrs. And bdw this was happened everytime whenever I booked any bus from redbus they are not going to the destination by their expected time. Well moving forward when I entered the bus and going to my seat which Upper L 17,and there was dark and i couldn’t see anything clearly because the lights kept off because other passengers are also sleep and the light in my seat was not working so i felt that that my seat is wet when i switched on my phone flash what I see is just above my head there is duct of main AC. and they secure that compartment with the tape but from that AC and from edges of the window there was continuous water coming from there and for that reason my seat is almost wet like anything,the pillows were deeply wet,when I tried to close that AC section from the sides of the window the water flows even increased i was waiting for 15 to 20 mins to tell this situation to bus conductor or there service agent.When i tried to explain my situation and even though when I told them I paid 1300/Rs. For this service he smiled first and then said “kuch nhi hota madam mai ise saaf krdeta or new pillow dedeta hu ye thik nhi hopayega apko aise hi adjust Krna pdega”. This is sheer arrogance and unethical behaviour of him and then he said “plz do not close the AC shutter otherwise aur Zayada Pani leak hoga “when when i asked him to change my seat or do some alternatives so he ignored my question and said koi seat available nhi hai and he gone and even though i asked to him to switch off the AC he didn’t switched off throughout the night. I left with no choice and travel whole night like that and that water leaked just top of my face all the night and after all these things i tried call the red bus customer care there was no option to reach any of their executives.. Beacuse of these nonsense i lost sacrifice my sleep and patience ..These ppl should be punished and i want compensation for the same because this is not the first time which i m gone through with this everytime when I booked ticket from redbus whatever the bus either they have issue with delaying the bus or hygeine issue or this allocation problem..this is pathetic i want compensation for all these utter nonsense things.for the proof i attached one video as well.
