I booked bus on 23 for 24 feb as previous bus was cancelled on redbus. When I was about to leave to board bus which I booked from red bus. I called bus operator and he told me that bus is not gonna travel and will receive refund within 48 hours. Then after I booked another bus now redbus CS is saying it was not cancelled and need evidence or proof how can I send proof when it was on call. If they check call conversation they can hear dat. How can I get refund back. On that day due to this I was charged approx 700 rupees as well for cab travel from gurugram to delhi who will pay for dat as well.
