On 05/12/2023 i booked ticket (#TRCY72127031) from Bangalore electronic City to Hyderabad A/C sleeper L6 (Seat number) thru Sri Krishna Travels after 3 hours of travel suddenly stopped the bus at Bangalore city outcuts and told all passengers to shift another bus actually i booked my ticket L6 lower but they are provided back seats i asked for front side same seat but bus staff behaves with me very rude vulgar language and they cancelled my ticket and left 4 passenger on road. They left me on road i called to Redbus customer care but they are not responding at that time. After that i arranged my owen travel around midnight 12’O Clock spent 10,000/- thousand rupees to reach to Hyderabad. At that time two chain snatching personals followed back but i approached nearest traffic police man. If any thing happened to me who is responsible for that. So I’m requesting to hornable members please take action against the Redbus management against the my complaint. If they are behaving like with ladies it can Leads to the another Nirbhaya incident.
