I have booked a bus from shikrapur to raipur on 31 Aug. Time was mentioned 4 pm .I reached the destination at 3.45 pm and asked the firl working at sangram travels .she told me to wait at the parking spot.i waited for 15 minutes burt bus didn’t arrive. Then I called to the no mentioned in the email .they told me to wait at boarding point and gave me bus no .I waited for another 12 minutes and called the another no mentioned in the email. That guy told me that bus has passed the point at 4 pm and i misses itand driver called me anbut i didn’t recieve any call and at the same time i was talking to the no . I am sending u the ss on the calls.when I am talking at the same time to the given no in email and the guy told me that the bus will arrive there and u please wait how I missed the bus.
I need my refund as this was not my mistake .I reached there before time and I was on call with your given no at the same time .
