Iam booking my tickets for chitradurga to Mysore on 1st November journy before 12hours. Iam booking for 9am for diparture time is 9.30pm. but bus agency call to me at 7.30pm today bus is not going to Mysore because of technical issues like that.. on that time emergency not available for seat.. ladies are there iam we are traveling for the 25km apart from bustand.. we already left my village..how can I do..if it’s my side cancellation it’s put on a penalty for per ticket around 100rs per ticket..but on the red bus and traveler not a given for penalty like that…till now iam not getting my refund issu… Sir please find my complaint & put a penalty for doubled..
