I have purchased 2 APSRTC bus tickets from Red bus online service on 08-02-2021.
While booking it was showed 7:40 am departure time at Jaggampeta, E G Dist. with service number 2880/ ELSM-RJY-VJA seats 7,8 , Fare : Rs604 , DOJ 13-feb-2021. I have reached Jaggampeta bus station by 7:35 am and waited for so long for the bus. After some time enquired at counter. They said bus left at 7:33 , it’s regular time is 7:30 am and there is Vijayawada bus at 7:40 am. I didn’t get any call from bus driver. Exactly at 8:35 am I got message from APSRTC with driver phone number and timings of the bus which was left already. Later travelled in the next APSRTC bus using same tickets with the help of depot manager. Faced a lot of struggle as I’m travelling with a senior citizen and journey got delayed.
How red bus can show wrong time?
Still in red bus it is showing wrong time.
