A female recovery agent claiming to be from IDFC Bank had called me on my whatsapp number and she straightaway started with threatening language for my delayed loan repayment. She went to an extent to ask me to commit suicide if I am not able to repay the bank loan. I wish to complain this matter to the police station as well, but initially I thought of writing it to the bank first. I have her number from which she called me and also chatted with me. Pl. let me know what action will the Bank take against her and the agency she belongs to.
