I have been a loyal customer to hdfc bank credit card for more than 5 years and paid the bills month on month but due to this pandemic I lost my job and unable to pay outstanding I and my family at home have been harassed by a recovery agent deployed by hdfc bank I have my farther who is a 70 year old person and agent has threatened my father and trespassing my house several times in site of me telling my mother isn’t keeping well and she is under treatment hence I request you to please take stringent action  against the bank and make sure the recovery agent stops harassment
