I took a loan of some amount of 30000, a year ago. After that I have convert the repayments in some EMIs and some of them has already been paid. But due to some financial issue I am not able to pay the remaining EMIs right now. For that I have also contacted and talked to their authorised customer care over the phone call and also mailed them multiple times. I have also requested them for settlement but they have refused it. One field recovery agent named Palash Dewan contact number 6290482981 is harrasing me from past 3 or 4 months. I have also said him multiple times that due to some economical crisis right now I am not able pay the EMI. The Slice authority is also illeagaly adding the late charges in daily basis on my pending EMIs and it is also against the RBI guidelines. They are calling me more than 50 times in daily basis. It has become so hectic for me. The recovery executive is visiting in my old residential address w/o informing me and the main thing is from past 10 years I have already relocated to some other place. I have also conveyed the same thing to them. Still he is blackmailing me by sending my house’s picture over the whatsapp and their executives are also trying to reach me on the whatsapp and this is illeagal. He or the company hasn’t provided me the leagal authorised visiting letters or the loan documents. I haven’t signed on any document. I have also raised the issue to the RBI and also twitted on the Slice page on Twitter. Please take some leagal step regarding this matter in urgrnt basis.
