I ordered a headphones from glowroad application it seemed cheaper than usual so I thought I should buy it when the parcel came I made a video of opening of the parcel, but in the parcel there was wrong product so I wrote an email to glowroad company office they replied me that they will not take my product, I want my money back and also remove this product from glowroad
I wrote this email to glowroad
“I am Love Silawat I ordered headphones from glowroad on 7 April 2024 , it came to me on 10 April but when I opened it there was a earphone box without even earphones,I ordered headphones and I got earphone,I had some gut feeling because I ordered 1st time from glowroad so I recorded the whole thing I have proof of this thing please exchange it and give me headphones or either give me my money back and take your product.
