Dear Sir ,
I recherged today My airtel mobile 9847010972 @79rs .after sometime i just try to send an sms for activating my google pay.but thats reflecting as error.and i recherged rs 10 for sending the sms but i fail to send sms again.i was an actually emergency then i recharched again rs.10.but thats also debited from my account but sms send reflecting as error.

I called the airtel customercare executive to inform this issue.i told him clearly about this.then he told me the 79 pack is not including sms .so i need to recharge again a new pack of 129 or like that .
I asked him .its ok sir but i send two recharges as 10+10 for sending an sms.then he told me that amount is in my main balance .but if you want to send sms you have to recharge again other pack.

Then i ask him if i recherged again with other amount ..my 79 rs is refund or it will extend with my new pack.then he transferd the call to his supervisor.

He told me.thats not possible
If you want to send sms, you have to recharge othet pack.
And 79 rs is not worth for that..if you have any issue you just use the recherged pack now fully and do other recharge.

Sir, actually i was an emergency in hospital .and i forgot to take my atm cards.and i tried to send my cash to my friends account threw google pay .that time i understand my google pay was error.so i was tried to activate the google pay .but sms not send .
I was tensed and i lost my time for finding other way .

Sir please understand the situation .
And kindely check the details .
