Text of Complaint by Thirunavukkarasu:

Yesterday(23/01/2019 @ 9:20 pm) I recharged Rs.49 to my mom’s prepaid no. I got recharged successfully message. But the balance/top-up is not reflected in my mom account. I tried to contact paytm customer care which is not connected.

I contacted the below no’s.
