Hello Team,

I have been an Airtel customer since January 2016 but it’s not been the same experience like it used to be, to reframe it I would say that Airtel is least bothered about customer service. I recharged rs 128 on 4th July 2021 and till date I am unable to call, use internet, send messages etc. When tried calling customer service they are asking for having balance to call. Customer care calling should atleast be free. Anyway I am not going to advice how Airtel should run there business but if the problem is not resolved with extreme prejudice then I would be forced to not only change the connection but to do a bit more than that. I would like to have it activated as soon as possible with the validity of next 28 days.
