i have recharged on my number 9999273496, through amazonpay of Rs 399/- but inadvertently i had entered wrong number as 9999273499,,,
when i contracted to amazon customer care they said as the transaction have been successfully completed we cannot reverse the transaction , that can be only by vodafone ,
when i contracted to vadafone customer care , they even diid not talk properly they have appointed untrained staff , well they simply refused for reverse my transaction , then i visted vodafone store they also said the same thing , when i said ok, if its company’s policy they show me that in your policy document , but he simply refused to me ..
