Recharged on 07-June-2020 through Indian Bank Rupay Card, for Rs. 379/-
The amount (Rs. 379/-) is deducted from my Indian Bank Savings Account. But, it is not reflected into my mobile no:9944429036.
While contacting customer care of Airtel at 198 and 121, it reports that Rs. 0/- balance is in my account, my validity is expired and recharge again. My outgoing calls are stopped from 7-June-2020.
kindly help me to overcome the issue and retrace my amount back.
