Sir,
I have done a porting of my BSNL sim to Vodafone on 06/12/18, and I got activation message on 12/12/2018 . I put the sim in my phone and got activated, after that am trying to make a call unfortunately am not able to make the call and they saying I don’t have enough balance. But at the time of porting I payed ₹250 , 20 for porting and 230 for first offer. Now it’s been 7 days and not yet recharged. I contacted the customer care they said they can’t do anything. And now what I have is a dummy phone cantc call anyone and no internet. I have done my porting in Varkala maithanam Vodafone mini store. For this two day from the activation of my sim who is responsible for my lost of time and business.
