I have recharged 399 plan on 18th April and my jio app history shows the same and validity up to june 2019. However I’m unable to call,sms and internet speed decreased. The plan is not activated but shows activated in My jio app.
I have also called 198, it is rediculus and the executive is unknowledgeable. I’m saying that I have recharged and it is showing in MyJio app but the executive saying to check history.
