my airtel phone was chargedon 4-11-21 for Rs379 valid for 84 days and hence its validity ends on 26-1-22. (PHONE:9895531178)
subsequently, on 24-11-21, I recharged for 365 days for Rs.1498. My validity , therefore , must include old unused validity of 62 days along with 365 newly added days and end after 427 days .But Airtel validity of my phone shows only 365 days wef the date of new recharge. I will lose 62 days validity . As c customer I am losing my services from Airtel for the period of 62 days . If I had known I would lose old validity period, I would not recharged again before expiry of old validity period.
My claim is I should be credited with full recharge period of old and new recharges.(427 days)
