I recharged my mobile no. 9038665940 with Rs.45/- on 08.02.2020 at 08:41:21 PM through freecharge but phone saying “insufficient balance pls. recharge” while telephoning, but how can it be!

Pls. look into the matter & activate so that I can use my phone. Regards
