Text of Complaint by bojja Nikhil:

The recharge was done on the 8th of September 2025 for a plan that would expire on the 09 th of September. The payment was done on a UPI app. The payment was confirmed by the UPI payment, too, but the JIO services have not been provided yet. The JIO Customer care is not responsive to this issue. No progress in addressing this issue was made by the help section of the JIO customer care
