The recharge was done on 8th of February 2024 for a plan that would expire on 14th of February. The recharge plan was supposed to have a validity of 28 days. The payment was done on a UPI app. The payment was confirmed by the UPI payment too, but the airtel services are not provided yet(15 February 2024). The airtel thank app is not responsive to this issue. No progress in addressing this issue were taken by the help section of the airtel thanks app.
