Good morning, I am Mr. Adedeji Adeyemi Gideon… A customer and account holder with Access bank PLC. Please I made a recharge via Airtel app to be deducted from my account via my debit card… I was debited on the first day 26th of April 2020 around 12:30pm for a successful recharge of 500naira into my airtel number but doesn’t reflect on the number up tilll now… Yesterday 27th of April around 8:30am I made another transaction of 500naira hoping the first transaction would be reversed after 24hrs but it wasn’t…. I was debited again without the recharge reflecting on my airtel number… So I want to know where the error is…. And I need my money reversed into my account please.
