I recharged with ₹999, 14 years ago, as asked by the company for lifetime incoming validity. This was abruptly terminated saying that the terms of the company has changed. This is not justified as I may be asked to recharge and the validity is terminated very next day saying the same. This should not be as customer can not be taken for granted to pay everytime they change their policy, without availing the services that they have paid for. I have complained multiple times but no action has been taken and pretended as they don’t care at all.
