Recharge validity of 28days as per Vodafone app (say expiring on 26.3.21) and I recharge on 25.3.21 so to count 28 days from 27.3.21plus 28days = 23.4.21 now vi-app show validity up-to 21.4.21 (and small message service validity 26.4.21) now in next month if you don’t recharge on 21 your talktime recharge of 28 days vanish and you only get only incoming call validity till 26.4.21.
So actually cheating customer instead of 28 days give recharge validity of 25days. Loss of talktime value for 3-4 days
Fooling customer on 28days recharge validity period. You are deprived of 3-4 days entitling 24days against 28days validity talk time
