My name is jagannath karande and i have done a recharge of Rs. 458/- on date 10th November 2019. But, due to some technical reasons recharge is not reflected in my Vodafone account. Immediately called vodafone customer care but, executives are unprofessional. And didn’t solved my issues. From last two weeks they are refused to answer my queries. Still i didn’t get my refund amount. Also, i have shared my bank statement to them. Kindly help.
