Text of Complaint by Gayathri:

Dear Airtel,

I recharged mobile 9790864078 on May 24 from my Bank mobile App. The transaction was successful from bank. But recharge was not successful.

Kindly do the needful. By reverting that amount.

We have also recharged again from retailer shop to same number.

Please revert the unsuccess amount which was done earlier. For reference please find attached image from bank.
