Actually i recharge a wrong id through sundirect app for rs 1059 on may 9th for six months…so i give a complaint to the customer care executive on may 11th…there is no response..then next day i call customer care executive again rights a complaint she is asking my wrong id and correct id, contact number, transaction id..etc..and she is tell it takes 48 hrs…after 48 hrs i call the customer care executive he is tell it take 72 hrs…there is no response…now I contact one executive he is tell there is no complaint rightsed by you…total 10 days no response from your side….
