I have recharged my airtel mobile number 7358665773 on 27th July. The transactions show as successful on Paytm however the recharge was not received on my phone. I called Airtel and they confirmed that the transaction had failed since the number was temporarily disconnected and will be refunded by Airtel within one hour if it fails. I waited for one week since it will take some time for the amount to be credited to my bank but it is not refunded yet. I tried to contact the customer care several times but Paytm does not have a proper customer care number. The representative told that I need to raise a complaint through a link but I couldnt find any link on my screen. When I call a number, it tells that I will receive a sms with a link to raise a complaint but I am getting the same customer care number again in the link. All options lead to the link https://paytm.com/care/ticket which does not have a link to raise a complaint if I am not wrong. Please do the needful to get my money refunded as soon as possible.
I reacharged for Rs. 399 first and then Rs. 10 for my mobile number 7358665773
