Recharge successful after 36 hours despite of asking to cancelling the order

I have attempted recharge to my BSNL number on 22nd sep 2019 twice which failed. tried again on 23rd sep 2019 at 12:09 PM for an amount of 99/-. and was under processing state, raised a concern to cancel the order on 23rd sep 2019 at 02:44PM and mentioned i will get it done else where.
They have replied me at 03:15 asking me to wait or cancel the order from my app.

At 08:29 pm on 23rd sep 2019 iĀ  confirmed cancel option is not available and also called to inform the same at 08:19 pm

Paytm customer service person mentioned this is strange and again asked me to cancel after telling clear there is no cancel option available on app and website aswell.

Even after multiple followups asking to cancel the order they have successfully processed the order on 24th sep 2019 at 02:42pm.

i have contacted them at 06:01PM on 24 sep to cancel and they have mentioned “transaction is successful and asked me to contact operator directly”

Mean while as stated above at 02:37am on 24th sep 2019, i have got my number rechargedĀ  from amazon with 141/- before paytm did it next day.

Now my number is recharged second time at 02:42pm by paytm even after requesting to cancel multiple times

As suggested by Paytm i have contacted BSNL my operator and have mentioned there is no option to reverse a transaction and even no option to extend the validity and said it will go waste as i did the recharge from my end.

i am at a loss with no use of one of the recharges because of no action from paytm even after following-up multiple times over call and their 24×7 service.

As a final attempt i have contacted and they do not take calls for recharges. requesting to help me on this
