Text of Complaint by Tooba naz:

I got my prepaid number ported to airtel 3 months back.
I got my prepaid account reacharged with special pack of ₹598 where by I received ₹40 cashback in my Airtel wallet on 19 March 2020 for 84 days,
Whose validity expired two days back i.e., on 10 June 2020.
I recharged my account again on 10 June 2020 and the payment was debited successfully and recharge was complete but it’s not reflected in my airtel balance.
I have been trying to hear from customer executives but unable to reach them. Neither have I got any response of any mail.
