Text of Complaint by Shashi Burnwal:

I had received a message on 27th June 2022 from Airtel regarding recharge of Rs. 399. In the message it is clearly written that Airtel is providing 1.5 GB data/day and Unlimited calling for 56 days. So i recharged with the pack of Rs. 399 on 28th midnight and thinks that Airtel will provide the benifits as mentioned in message.
But after recharging with Rs. 399 pack i am getting 2.5 GB data/day, unlimited calling for 28 days and 3 months Disney plus hotstar subscription which is not as mentioned in message provided from Airtel.
After complaining to 121, nodal officer and appellant authority all are saying the same thing and not seeing the message received from Airtel. They all refusing to provide the benifits as mentioned in the message.
