Text of Complaint by Rohan bhowad:

On 22nd march 2021 my tata sky connection disconnected suddenly. So I issued complain on tata sky customer care support. They said we will send technical support asap. No one came for 2 days, so i re called customer care they said we will send our help tomorrow. But still no one came. We waited for 8 days. So after 10days we decided to take new cable connection. Now I request for refund my tata sky recharge because I didn’t use it from 22th march, which is around 400rs. But they are not giving back my money saying your account balance is zero. I want my money back.
