Hi Airtel
I am registering this complaint against recharge plan.
IT is very good that we have data plan with unlimited call with reasonable price.
still in our country we have people who are not using smart phone using some basic set phone and people who is not afford to spend more than 100 RS per month for recharge .
Those people also need to communicate with their loved ones.

we have talk time pack even we recharge only that one, it will not activate to income and outgoing calls.

I have seen in recharge shop one grandfather asking the shop owner to recharge for 50rs, shop owner said minimum 150 required to recharge then only it will be applicable for incoming and outgoing calls then the grandpa left with sad face. it shows he doesn’t have anymore money to recharge.

In previous days, we will be having very less amount just to give missed call and can speak with our loved one.

but Now a day we have vey good pack but that is not affordable to everyone who does not required a pack with unlimited call and data.
Please consider this complaint. it will make smile to many people who just need to speak with loved one.
Airtel is the Best company to reach everyone, but it is not reachable to poor people.
