Hello Team,
I had recharged my Airtel Digital TV with Rs 200.00 on 15/07/2019. The payment was not posted to my account and my services were suspended. I lodged a complaint with Airtel on 16/07/2019. The complaint number is 91680469. This complaint is still open with no resolution but my services are still suspended. A new complaint was lodged yesterday again with complaint number 91821368 and my services were temporarily restored. However, while both these complaints are still unresolved, my services have been suspended again.
Please look into this.
