Dear Sir,

With great grief im drafting this complaint, even in this pandemic days airtel along with wallet app is looting from customers pocket.

Due to my airtel unlimited pack expiring on 28/04/2020, self done recharge through Mobiwik mobile wallet application on 29/04/2020 at 1252 am for Rs 449, i also received an text message from airtel’s recharge automated message portal that E recharge done.

I waited hours to get resume my service and when i download airtel app and enquire no such recharge is reflecting and when i try customer care number at 121 its not working.

This happened the second time and the last time when the same thing happen when recharged with google pay and while checking with customer care they are telling its google pay error and i have to contact their customer service but from them no valid response to query.

This looting has to be stopped urgently, poor people like us force to recharge again inorder to avoid hassles and at the end of the day this wallet apps and airtel blindly looting our hardworking money. I request a justice in this regard sir please
