I tried to make recharge to an idea number(7377230060) for 2times.
1st time :- The payment failed maybe due to some error.Also,I didn’t entered the UPI PIN,so I’m not worried for it.
2nd time:- I tried to recharge for the 2nd time and entered my AMAZON UPI PIN and the amount of ₹219/- got deducted.
It showed that the payment is pending it was okay.
But again now it is totally not showing in my orders that I made some failed recharge.
Customer service is always busy.Not a good service.
It didn’t mention in the refunds also.
How will it be bearable for a middle class family to deal with this kind of issues.
How far is it justified?
