I have recharged for my Airtel prepaid number of rupees 599 for 56 days including Disney + Hotstar pack on 24th April 2021 via Airtel thanks application. The recharge was done and all the credits are given to my number except Disney + Hotstar. At the time of wondering, one more message came from Airtel like due to Hotstar account is already activated for your account the data will get incremented. But the data pack also not incremented it is still 2GB per day not 3.1GB per day as per the latest SMS from Airtel, and indeed I’m not interested in the data increment, because I have chosen 599 rupees pack only for the Disney + Hotstar yearly membership. Also while recharging this was not communicated or never intimated. So the pack described in the airtel thanks app is not given as promised to the customer. And finally, I tried contacting their customer care no one picked the call even after tried for a long time. So as I’m a poor customer and struggled in this situation raised a complaint against Bharti airtel. I need a proper response along with the deserving payment.
